【摘要】:Thistestmethodevaluatestheperformanceofflat-rolledmagneticmaterialsoverawidefrequencyrangeofacexcitationwithandwithoutincrementaldcbias,asusedontransformers,motors,andotherlaminatedcoredevices.Thistestmethodissuitablefordesign,specificationacceptance,serviceevaluation,andresearch.Theapplicationoftestresultsobtainedwiththistestmethodtothedesignorevaluationofaparticularmagneticdevicemustrecognizetheinfluenceofthemagneticcircuitryuponitsperformance.Somespecificitemstoconsideraresize,shape,holes,welding,staking,bolting,bracketing,shortingbetweenlaminations,acwaveform,adjacentmagneticfields,andstress.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthemagneticpropertiesofflat-rolledmagneticmaterialsusingEpsteintestspecimenswithdouble-lapjointsinthe25-cmEpsteinframe.Itcoversdeterminationofcoreloss,rmsandpeakexcitingcurrent,excitingpower,magneticfieldstrength,andpermeability.Thistestmethodiscommonlyusedtotestgrain-orientedandnonorientedelectricalsteelsbutmayalsobeusedtotestnickel-iron,cobalt-iron,andotherflat-rolledmagneticmaterials.1.2ThistestmethodshallbeusedinconjunctionwithPracticeA34/A34MandTestMethodA343/A343M.1.3Testsunderthistestmethodmaybeconductedwitheithernormalacmagnetizationorwithacmagnetizationandsuperimposeddcbias(incrementalmagnetization).1.4Ingeneral,thistestmethodhasthefollowinglimitations:1.4.1FrequencyTherangeofthistestmethodnormallycoversfrequenciesfrom100to10000Hz.Withproperequipment,thetestmethodmaybeextendedabove10000Hz.Whentestsarelimitedtotheuseofpowersourceshavingfrequenciesbelow100Hz,theyshallusetheproceduresofTestMethodA343/A343M.1.4.2MagneticFluxDensity(mayalsobereferredtoasFluxDensity)-Therangeofmagneticfluxdensityforthistestmethodisgovernedbythetestspecimenpropertiesandbytheavailableinstrumentsandotherequipmentcomponents.Normally,formanymaterials,themagneticfluxdensityrangeisfrom1to15kG[0.1to1.5T].1.4.3CoreLossandExcitingPowerThesemeasurementsarenormallylimitedtotestconditionsthatdonotcauseatestspecimentemperatureriseinexcessof50Corexceed100W/lb[220W/kg].1.4.4ExcitationEitherrmsorpeakvaluesofexcitingcurrentmaybemeasuredatanytestpointthatdoesnotexceedtheequipmentlimitationsprovidedthattheimpedanceoftheammetershuntislowanditsinsertionintothetestcircuitdoesnotcauseappreciablyincreasedvoltagewaveformdistortionatthetestmagneticfluxdensity.1.4.5IncrementalPropertiesMeasurementofincrementalpropertiesshallbelimitedtocombinationsofacanddcexcitationsthatdonotcausesecondaryvoltagewaveformdistortion,asdeterminedbytheformfactormethod,toexceedashiftof10%awayfromsinewaveconditions.1.5Thevaluesandequationsstatedincustomary(cgs-emuandinch-pound)orSIunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Withinthisstandard,SIunitsareshowninbracketsexceptforthesectionsconcerningcalculationswherethereareseparatesectionsfortherespectiveunitsystems.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnonconformancewiththisstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
