【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthesafetyandhygienerequirementsforthedesignandmanufactureofhand-heldblendersandwhisksusedinthecommercialandinstitutionalcatering,andinfoodshops.Theterm"hand-heldblenders"isusedtorefertotheequipmentcoveredbythisstandard.Themachinescoveredbythisstandardarehand-heldapplianceswhosetoolisintendedtoprocessafoodstuffinacontainer.Toolsaredesignedtocrush,mix,mash,emulsify,etc.foodstuffssuchasvegetablesintosoups,mashes,purees,sauces,mayonnaise,cream,dairyproductsandmoregenerallytoprocessallsolid,liquid,pastyorpowderyfoodstuffstoobtainahomogeneousfluid.Theseappliancesaredesignedtoprocessupto100loffoodinoneoperation.Thisstandardappliestothefollowingmachines,accordingtotheirweightandtotheoperatingmodesrequiredbytheirintendeduse:?manuallyoperatedmachines,usingoneorbothhands,actuatedthroughoutthewholeoperation(seefigure1);?machinesoperatingrestingonthebottomofthecontainer(seefigure2);?machinesfixedtoorplacedonaspecialsupportwhichcanbefittedtothecontainer(seefigure3).Thesupportactsasasubstitutefortheoperatorforoperationsthattakealongtimeorforfoodprocessingwhichmaypresentrisksofburns(steamorsplashes).1.2Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto:?domesticmachines;?verticalcrushers,sievesmountedontrolleysandbeammixers(beammixersarecoveredby!EN12854:2003").1.3!ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttohand-heldblendersandwhisks,whentheyareusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4).ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththehazardswhichcanariseduringcommissioning,operation,cleaning,removaloffoodblockages,feeding,changingthetools,maintenanceanddecommissioningofthemachine."1.4!Noiseisnotconsideredtobeasignificanthazardforhand-heldblendersandwhisks.Thisdoesnotmeanthatthemanufacturerofthesemachinesisabsolvedfromreducingnoiseandmakinganoisedeclaration.Therefore,theinformationtobeprovidedandanoisetestcodearegiveninthisEuropeanStandard."1.5!ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletohand-heldblendersandwhiskswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofitspublicationasEN."
