【摘要】:ThispartofISO10816givesspecificguidanceforassessingtheseverityofvibrationmeasuredonthebearinghousingsorpedestalsofgasturbinedrivensets.ThevibrationcriteriaprovidedinthispartofISO10816applytoheavy-dutygasturbinesets.Aircraftderivativegasturbines(includinggasturbineswithdynamicpropertiessimilartothoseofaircraftderivatives)areexcludedfromthispartofISO10816.Largedifferencesexistbetweenthesetwoturbinetypesin,forexample,casingflexibility,bearingdesign,rotortostatorweightratioandmountingstructure.Itisthereforenecessarytoestablishseparatecriteriaforthesetwoturbinetypes.ThispartofISO10816isapplicableonlytoheavy-dutygasturbinesusedinelectricalandmechanicaldriveapplicationscoveringthepowerrangeabove3MWandaspeedrangeunderloadbetween3000r/minand20000r/min.Thisincludesgasturbinesdirectlycoupledtootherprimemoverssuchassteamturbines,buttheevaluationofthesteamturbinevibrationisnotdealtwithinthispartofISO10816(seethefollowingexclusionlist).Italsoincludesanydrivenequipmentnotincludedintheexclusionlistbelow.ThefollowingareexcludedfromthispartofISO10816:—gasturbineswithpoweroutputslessthanorequal3MW(seeISO10816-3);—gasturbinedrivenpumps(seeISO10816-3);—coupledsteamturbinesandgeneratorswithoutputslessthanorequal50MW(seeISO10816-3);—coupledsteamturbinesandgeneratorswithoutputsgreaterthan50MW(seeISO10816-2);—coupledcompressors(seeISO10816-3);—gearboxvibration(seebelow).ThecriteriaofthispartofISO10816areapplicabletothevibrationmeasuredonthebearinghousingsorpedestalsofgasturbinesanddrivenequipmentusingfluid-filmbearings.Theyassumethatthemeasurementsarein-situbroad-bandvaluestakenundernormalsteady-stateoperatingconditions.ThispartofISO10816encompassesmachineswhichmayhavegearsorrollingelementbearingsbutdoesnotaddresstheevaluationoftheconditionofthosegearsorbearings.NOTEGearvibrationmaybeincludedinafutureeditionofthispartofISO10816.VibrationofgearsispresentlyaddressedinISO8579-2.
