【摘要】:Thispracticeisprimarilyintendedtobeusedforthecorrectionofsilverlossinthefireassayprocess.Silverassaysaredeterminedbyfireassayforthepurposeofmetallurgicalexchangebetweensellerandbuyer.Itisassumedthatallwhousethispracticewillbetrainedanalystscapableofperformingskillfullyandsafely.ItisexpectedthatworkwillbeperformedinaproperlyequippedlaboratoryunderappropriatequalitycontrolpracticessuchasthosedescribedinGuideE882.1.1Thisstandardpracticecoversthedeterminationoffireassaycorrectionforsilver,utilizingproofsilver,forores,concentratesandrelatedmetallurgicalmaterials.1.2Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.(SeeMethodE1335,PracticesE50,GuideE882,andISOGuide35).
