【摘要】:Thispracticeprovidesrequirementsforthehandling,transportation,andstorageofHFC-23encounteredindistributionthroughbothcommercialandmilitarychannels.ItisintendedtoensurethatHFC-23ishandled,transported,andstoredinsuchawayitsphysicalpropertyvaluesarenotdegraded.Transportmaybebyvariousmeans,suchas,butnotlimitedto,highway,rail,water,andair.1.1Thispracticecoversguidanceanddirectiontosuppliers,purchasers,andusersinthehandling,transportation,andstorageofHFC-23.1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
